do philippine constitution has/had online defamation/ liber/slander or cyberstalking law? is there any case like this resolve in the philippines?if yes how? cuz i just notice that there's alot of false saying and manipulation in the internet to others and also to the president (knowing that she is powerful)and yet they cant find out who made it..
