Ontario Law: Misspelling on Criminal Ticket?

I think the fact the cop misrpelt marijuana wrong is irelevent, if he had spelt your friend's name wromg then he might have had a case. I don't think you'll get anywhere with wrongful search. Sorry. You could make a complaint about the cop's attitude, but it might make things worse. Go to court and pay the fine.
