If a company overpays you on a paycheck do they have the right to deduct it from your next pay check?(I am in the state of nevada)

Hello Tanya,

I would think that discussing this with an experienced attorney is something you want to do.  I encourage you to let anyone you do speak with know about www.dol.gov/esa/whd.  I think you will find that at that site the answer is that under federal law an employer is allowed to make any deductions they want in a NON-OT week so long as you are not paid less than $5.15 per hour.  Good luck
