"A year ago I was put in force of my mother being her power of attorney, I recently found out that she was cocorced into doing so, she told me that she signed the papers under the assumption that my sister would not make her leave her house."This doesn't make a lot of sense.
Is it missing something???"I filed the papers with the county clerk and I am not sure if she did or not, is there anything that I can do to override it."Override *what*? If you're saying that your mother gave your sister a POA, she's free to revoke it at any time (assuming she's legally competent).
I recommend both a verbal revocation and something in writing."Without taking my sister to court and proving that she coorced my mother to sign the papers ...."Again, coerced your mother into signing *what*?
