Passenger laws for MA permits?

I have a MA permit so can I drive with non family in the back seat if my mom is next to me? I think I legally can. I don't think there are laws about passengers if my MOM is there to watch. I have been driving by others with their permits when their parents were there.

Passenger laws for MA permits?

No. You are not licensed. Your permit has restrictions and you should know them. I actually think you already know these restrictions. Bet your Mother knows she would be in deep trouble with the cops about this. You would be too. More trouble than you want.
