Pedophilia or sexual harassment?

I went to visit my grandmothers two day's ago as well as my cousin [uncles son], around 10:00 am

My uncle woke up and began to drink, he kept telling me i had chores to do as well as my cousin.
But as time went by he drank the alcohol [Kentucky whiskey and other drinks] , and got drunker.

The chore was cleaning my grandmothers car, but she did not want us to because it was about to rain and she didn't want to move it because she was tired.

when the clock struck around 2:00 pm he began to sit on us unexpectedly and began to touch our bodies such as our chests and ears. [ keep and mind we are both young men [ 19 , and 17]

He had done this 3-4 times , we had our faces within our iPod and game system so we didn't expect it. This was in the living room.

The last time he sat my cousin he looked at me and said, " Does he look like me." then finally licked
his son's neck.

When we rejected him sitting on us and the meaningless chore.

He got child like and pitched a fit, slamming door's , yelling, and turning his music up. So i could not sleep for 2 hours since i did not sleep the night before.

He took my cousin out side right after that and told him to dig a hole for a plant he had purchased for my grandma. My cousin was not really feeling up to it but did it any way, but as he did this my uncle began to fuss at him and tell him how worthless his mother died who had recently died. My cousin completed his job he was given and returned the house and told me this, he then asked my other cousin [ austin ] had come over for the day heard the commotion then he too was taken out side and told something, but he did not share. Then my uncle came back into the house then proceeded to grt on my case assuming i was gay, and began to harass me, telling me it was wrong to be gay. We began to try to tell our intoxicated uncle that it was OK for people to be who they want to be. like Christianity, it should not be forced on people. The he got even hot headed and kicked me out, and my grandmother did try to change his mind, and tell him to go sober up. But he told me to leave any way.

I went home told my folks what happened , and i called the cops on my uncle about the situation.
As well as a court date and a speeding ticket he never went to court for.

They arrested him and he is in holding with a 650$ bail,
Today at 12:30 i go and testify against him with my 17 year old cousin.

It sexual harassment against you. Its both for your 17 year old cousin.


To clarify what I said, the 17 year old was abused by pedophilia and sexual harassment (and also incest)

The 19 year old is not a victim of pedophilia, as he is above the age of 18.

I'm not sure what the laws are in your country, but here in Australia it can only be considered pedophilia if the person is 15 and under. What you described sounds like sexual harassment.
