Periocular Injection Lawsuit

  I had propofol sedation.  When given the periocular injection, it caused a reflex sneeze.  My right eye was complety pierced.  After numerous surgery's, very little if any eyesight in that eye.  Do I have a possable lawsuit?

You have an injury that was not due to something under your control, so you have a possible lawsuit.  But presumably your eye already had a problem that was the reason for an injection.  Whether you have a good chance to win it is something a malpractice lawyer would have to tell you.

Please express the reason behind the process. This doesn't seem like negligence. It seems like some really misfortune. Is that this response sneezing that occurred typical with periocular injections? If it's, then it'd be easier to follow a negligence claim. The document must have taken measures. If he's completed 1000s without comparable event, then your stability guidelines in his benefit.
