i cannot find a single website or reference to any policies petco has in place to ensure a comfortable working conditions. they have an "ethics" handbook online that states there moral obligations but nothing that includes policies on:
attendance ( how soon do you have to call in sick before a scheduled shift? no call/ no show policy so on )
schedule notification (when the schedules are supposed to be given to employees and notification on schedule change)
are the two main things im looking for information on. this companies lower level management (store managers and below) seem to think they can make up there own laws and rules because Associates are un aware of rules and regulations because petco doesn't have a HARD COPY policy handbook to give to employees.
any links or info on where to obtain this would be great. im located in california
