I have a question about the physical exams at MEPs. From what I can understand, they check for full extension (180 degrees) of the elbows. I'm sort of worried about this, because my elbows do not extend to a full 180 degrees. (I'm not sure how far my arm extends, I believe it to be approx 170 degrees). I'm not sure why I don't have 180degrees of extension in my elbows, but i know for sure that it is NOT a result of personal injury and NOT arthritis or any other diesease. It does not have a negative effect or prevent me from performing as well as any person with a full 180 of extension in their elbows. Also my elbows never hurt, I could do pushups and pullups all day and never have an issue with my elbows. Do you think that during the physical that not having full 180 degrees of extension in my elbows could disqualify me from Military Service? (Keep in mind that it does not inhibit performance and never causes any problems during activities). Any help from someone in the Military would be amazing, and i thank you so much for your answers :)
