I don't really get these. Ok I think:
1) is B?, because "Free disposal of old tires" saves $50. The saving is more than any other offers??
2) I know it's either B or D, but i don't know if the "processing time" is minimum or maximum (it says it takes 4-6 weeks) Well, i'm going with B, the "minimum"?????
3) I have absolutely no clue on this one. But I think it's C. JUST BECAUSE the other ones don't sound right???????
