Please help 3rd Allegations?

This is the 3rd time tgat cps has been contacted about my son. The first 2 times he was removed. This time the dhs worker said that she would not file petition but since this was the 3rd time cps has contacted me. Right now he is staying with his father and my visits are supervised. I need suggestions. I am soo nervous about them back in my lifeand mainly about the criminal portion. Can soneone please give me sone insight on what to do? If and when law enforcement will contact me. The allegation is that my kid had a blk eye. Nobody saw it. not me his teacher latchkey but his dad saw it. I am so worried as these are false.. Please help. Theg are judging me on my past and I need some direction.

You have to do everything that they ask of you as you already know with as much cps has already been in your life. You can have an attorney present for all communications with them. Its hard to see know but it is in the best interest of the child. Hopefully you will use their resources to better your self as a mother and person. One day i hope you look back and appreciate all they are doing to help you child.
