Please Help! I am In Deep! Or Am I!?

My sister and I showed up at a party to see some of our old friends that we haven't seen all summer. Well, when we arrived it was quite obvious that there was alcohol at the party, so we planned to leave. Well, as we were about to leave, the cops showed up and busted the party. They proceeded to check everyone's I.D and find out who was 21 and who was underage. I am 19 and the cop asked for my name, date of birth, and address. I did not have my I.D with me. That is the only thing that happened? But what really doesn't make sense is this, the cops were trespassing on "Private Property" and they did not have a warrant. Thus, the cops didn't read us our rights nor identify themselves as the cops. Also, one of the cops grabbed one of the other kids there by the neck and we have it on film. The cops then left and let us party on? Wtf is going to happen because I cannot get an underage because i was never breathlized and the cops cannot prove that I was drinking (which i wasn't). Am I going to get a citation or something. Any thoughts???
