PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE WITH MY APPEARING TO MY COURT DAY ?

I was detained on 5/14/12 by San Manuel Indian Casino Department of Public Safety Officer, when I was trying to use someone else's California Driver's License to open a Club Serrano Account which the other person was my friend. She did had knowledge of me using her Driver License in which both of us made a agreement that if I would get cought I would not say she let me use it.Because she didn't want to get in trouble with the law.So I know that iam guilty of this change.Now my second charge is for possession of controlled Substance,I had found a small black zipper bag in the restroom and I just put it inside my purse without checking the small bag.So when I was detained the officer ask me if I had any illegal drugs that I should let him know, and I said No because I knew that I didn't had anything.But when the officer got to the small bag I told him it wasn't mine that I had found it in the restroom which he didn't believe me. And does when he gave me a test to see if I was on anything which I pass and he saw that I was it.but I still got arrested for having it.which I did 4 days in the County Jail.Now I'm just confused because I don't know what to PLEAD Guilty,not Guilty or No Contest. Please help me what advice can you give I really will appreciate everyone who could give me their advice. Thank You all and God Bless You all.

I would advise you to get a lawyer. You know damn well you knew what was in that bag come on now nobody will believe that. But a lawyer might be able to get the charged reduced. A possession of a controlled substance charge is serious and without a lawyer you might go to jail.

You need an Atty, what a dumbass trying to use someone else's DL and once a liar do you really expect anyone to believe that story about the restroom? You need an Atty as no one is going to believe a word out of a deceptive liars mouth.

Conatct a lawyer and explain him/her the situation.
If that bag was not yours, then there is no reason to plead guilty. You will be under oath so lying when the charges are read out is in fact a fellony.
