Please help me find out the grammar errors in the paragraph?

My teacher let us made a story by some vocabularies.I want to get higher points,so I have to make a story without grammar error.

This story happened in a sedate night. A man named XXX stolen a company's asset at that night.The stuff had stolen was a fascimile of the company's patent paper which worth more than 1,000,000.The boss did not want to call the police,because he knew the police is not applicable in some cases. Atfter the emergency meeting,they made an ultimatum and deal with the thief in their way.Some days later,the company's killer killed the thief after a stentorian gunshot, When the killer left,he saw a homeless man hided behind the trash bin. The killer did not want anyone saw this,so he killed that guy without the compassion,even though he was innocuous. This event miliated strongly against efforts to the local police.
