The Ku Klux Klan was at the forefront of the movement to restrict immigration. After watching the video and reading section 3 of chapter 10, write a response to what you have read or seen. Yes, the Klan is protected by the Bill of Rights. There have been scores of Court rulings in favor of the Klan. Many have been from the US Supreme Court.

The "Klan Act" was found unconstitutional. The right of the Klan to have public rallys has repeatedly been upheld as well as their right to light crosses.
