Private Property Impound Laws.

What are the requirements for a licensed towing company to remove an illegally parked from private property such as apartment complex. How much is the legal amount the tow company can charge the legal owner of the towed vehicle? Are there any other stipulations required such as notifying police before removal?

Requirements   there are dozens if not thousands which will apply, as each city and state have different laws. Rates are regulated in some locations and other have no regulations and you can charge what you want. Notifying the police might be required in some areas and not in others, but the best practice is to notify then in any case.

I wish I could help, but without "SPECIFIC CITY AND STATE" I can not point you to the correct laws and regulations which would apply if I could even find then online. Best advise is to check and see if the City knows or has any laws and then check with your state DMV and see if they know of any laws.
