Probation

Can a person on probation for selling drugs work at a place where there are drugs as in a Nursing Home, or be at places where there is alcohol and be around people on probation?

There is probably no criminal statute in your state restricting that.  There are two other probabilities.  The most likely is that the probation dept may have a restriction on the probationers activities including access to controlled substances.  Further the State or Federal Licensing may have restrictions on who can have access or can be licensed to have access.
