Processing The I 130

Postby elishua71 » Sat May 24, 2014 4:35 am

Hi! I'm a US resident living abroad, and we've finished the ownership of the kid in the united states where we stay. Nevertheless, because of particular problems we will not be shifting back again to the united states for a while and certainly will fundamentally document the I 130 type to create her in to the people. What I'd prefer to request is that this - do we've to document that type while surviving in the country where she was used, or may we document it from any nation?<br />
Cheers for almost any aid!

Filing The I-130

You don't have to be a resident of the nation where the child was born to file an I-130. Read the instructions (PDF).

Thanks! We've had so many paperwork things go wrong that we're getting a bit over cautious!
