Properties of human laws?

Postby gillian59 » Sat Jul 28, 2012 11:06 pm

They regulate what you do, how you do it, when you do it, what you are not to do, when not, illegal method. Then it tells what is to happen if you break the law, usually expressed as a range ('not more than/, 'not less than') and where served---jail, mental institution, or prison. It also characterizes the crime as to seriousness; eg. A felony, C felony, misdemeanor.
