Publishing a family picture and post threatening words on Facebook?

One of the famous singer (in my home country) outside the States, published my family picture WITHOUT our permission on his page and he encouraged other terrorist people to report my page and he slander our reputation because we were working with American Army . Can i do anything to take him to court? By the way he lives in United Kingdom.

well is that not slander or do you have proof these people are terrorist
posting your family picture is not against the law
asking other people to complain about it is not against the law
with out knowing what he said about your family i have no way of knowing if it was slander
