Qualifications for the deferred action?

The deferred action for young adults says that you can't have 1 significant misdemeanor nor 3 or more more minor misdemeanors. Would 1 class c misdemeanor and 1 class b misdemeanor still qualify?

I agree with the first answer, it's difficult to tell at this point since they have not elaborated the answers to these types of question yet. But, if you wait 8 more days, specific details will be released by DHS when the guidelines for the Deferred Action process come to light on August the 1st. Two weeks after that, anyone eligible will be able to submit the actual application and begin the process.
