Question urgent about my life..?

Im broke
Im in the Marine Corps
May be getting out
I want to go to college
May get out med sep for bipolar/anxiety, Sucks, I know, 1 tour in Afghanistan.
Lawyer for a DWI I got for blowing a 0.06 (yeah not even drunk but I suffer the consequences)
So many dreams, some un realistic, but anything is possible and you never know until you try..
In love with someone who I won't leave states with out...

I know who ever reads this doesn't know who I am, but I just need genuine real answers...

Good Judgment Comes with Experience, But Experience Comes from Bad Judgment.
So you've made some mistakes along the way. The question is, have you learned from it, and are you willing to start excising the good judgment you now posses?

I think it's a good thing you want to go to college and continue your education.
I recommend you not get serious about your love interests until you've got your personal life under control and squared away, why take on more at this point?
