Traffic police is corrupt, inefficient. So people don't obey the traffic and lane driving rules.

I don't understand this question.

Because it is cheap, not everyone can afford private vehicles.

Because it is cheap, not everyone can afford private vehicles.

No strict enforcement of traffic laws.

Hardly.

we don't have any option. Everyone has to reach to office, and cannot afford a personal vehicle.

8. what kind of a behavior does these drivers have for the public transportation?

aggresive, uncaring, unhappy about job.

9. Why do they drive in appropriate?

Can be one or more of the following reasons: Untrained, chew tobacco, drink alcohol, long working hours, no good salary. Totally demotivated.

Old vehicles, need maintanance.
