Traffic police is corrupt, inefficient. So people don't obey the traffic and lane driving rules.

2. are there public vehicle that are risky in other country?

I don't understand this question.

3. why does the people preferred this kind of risky transportation vehicles?

Because it is cheap, not everyone can afford private vehicles.

Because it is cheap, not everyone can afford private vehicles.

No strict enforcement of traffic laws.

6. do you think that the drivers is concern to their passenger when they drive so fast?

Hardly.

7. in anyway do you think that this will be good or bad for the commuters?

we don't have any option. Everyone has to reach to office, and cannot afford a personal vehicle.

8. what kind of a behavior does these drivers have for the public transportation?

aggresive, uncaring, unhappy about job.

9. Why do they drive in appropriate?

Can be one or more of the following reasons: Untrained, chew tobacco, drink alcohol, long working hours, no good salary. Totally demotivated.

Old vehicles, need maintanance.
