Quick help on trademark & patenting, especially the USPTO.gov site?

Ok, I want to use a name, but I'll use this pseudonym for this question (YYY ZZZ). I want to register this as a COMPANY NAME and WEBSITE that I will be making soon. I searched it on USPTO.gov and got this:

Not if a successor company or assignee gained the rights to that trademark. Better consult a trademark attorney.
