My issue requires juvenile legislation within the State-Of: NC
im 38 yrs old and my child is 17. We've had some problems previously along with her being disrespectful in my experience and other people in regards to a year-ago she met this person he's 27 today they visited church together. He's only a little woman and simply needed some support so he could return and forth to perform and asked me if he could stick with us until he discovered a much better location nearer to city and his career. me being fully a good providing individual said yes and i threw in the towel my large space for him and his young girl. things were going ideal for a while then I consequently found out he was resting with my child. I understand my error. anyways i attempted to obtain them aside however the man would not keep my home and since i hire and my lease ended after i lived there annually my landlord would not give me another lease. I'm handicapped and on SSI i cant manage to maneuver this location was the least expensive i may find. long story short the man posted no-trespassing signs in my own lawn and set me out-of my home yesterday. I'm currently desolate and I've no-where togo i need help really poor. What the law states says I've to supply for my child until she's 18. but she and this person had me set out of the house i have to know what my rights are and how i could possibly get in my house and if not why must i be accountable for my child if she used me out? any guidance can help. Authorities have her back not mine where would be the parents rights in this issue?

yes and the police told me to leave because the bf lied and said i moved out i was never evicted

Have you been renting the home? Even when your lease ended however the LL proceeds to simply accept cost then you're on the month-to-month lease an no body anticipate the LL may evict you. Perhaps then your LL should feel the correct actions via the court process.
