Quotation Day On Courtesy Notice Diverse From Solution

Our issue entails a traffic quotation in the state-of: Florida<br />
I obtained a speeding citation in Solano County. I had been ticketd on 01/12/2010.<br />
I received my courtesy notice within the email and also the quotation day outlined is 01/02/2010.<br />
Is there any legitimate method to challenge this solution considering it was the incorrect day? Must I simply visit visitors school?<br />
Easily visit courtroom to challenge the solution due to the day and shed, do I still have the choice to visit visitors school?<br />

Having the wrong citation date on the "courtesy" notice does not invalidate the citation. You can dispute it if you'd like but the most you'll likely get out of it (on those grounds) is that the court records will be corrected.
