Reaffirming Debits

Two of the debits that I'm getting ready to release in w-ruptcy are to individuals that I actually do business with who're also individual friends. One is my landlady and also the different is my mechanic.Can I officially let them know/guarantee them beforehand that I'll reaffirm the debits? What about easily simply let them know I've THE CHOICE to do so? Equally seem only a little dicey in my experience....

A prepetition promise is not enforceable. What you are trying to convey though is your intent to repay.
I find nothing untoward about indicating your present intention to pay voluntarily post discharge.Cathy Moran
