Okay so I have just graduated high school and was not at first considering college..But now I know i should further my education. So ive been thinking about an online college ( Uni of Phoenix) which is a online college. Im wondering if i can attend U of P get a degree. than attend law school? I cant attend a college campus right now.( Looking for a job) Have no car & no money =/ So its kinda either go to college or the military and i really wants to give 'real life' a chance first. So what do you think..? Thanks in advance

Well I can't speak for University of Pheonix, but you could start off at community college once you have some money to pay for it. From there you should transfer to a regular college, then when you have your pre-law degree go on to law school. But try to get started ASAP...Law schools are highly competitive and it pays to have the best Undergraduate degree you can.

1) U of P's credits won't actually transfer anywhere. So you can't really use it to apply for grad school

2) There's very poor job outlook for lawyers right now (number of graduates are rising and number of jobs are falling)

3) Just because you're looking for a job doesn't mean you can't go to a college campus. Millions of people a year look for jobs (and maintain jobs) while they're going to a college campus.

4) Apply for FAFSA.

5) Use public transit to get to campus. I do it every day (and have for 2 1/2 years now) - it's not scary or anything.
