Realtor's Suits And Liens

Realtor's Suits And Liens

Postby Olney » Mon Feb 03, 2014 12:45 am

I've authorized, although not yet directed at, an arrangement with a real estate agent to market my house. This day, I discovered this agent includes a present lawsuit pending for neglect regarding a previous purchase, another real estate lawsuit which she dropped that benefits from her private life than her professional life, and 3 tax liens from their State (California) which have all been pleased. One lien survived over annually. I'm having second thoughts about continue with this specific broker. Is this level-for-the-program within the existence of the real estate agent, or am I to get worried? Thanks.

"Is this level-for-the-program within the existence of the real estate broker, or am I to get worried?"I do not understand that anybody here could answer how often real estate brokers are prosecuted generally, but I'd believe it isn't that often. You had need certainly to consider the real criticism and possibly talk to the plaintiff to obtain any idea of be it only sour grapes or without foundation. Main point here is if you do not feel relaxed, appear elsewhere.

Good-For-You. God-Knows that each work I have requested within the last 5 years does a credit check, a driving history check, a criminal history check, AND ONE DID A DRUG-TEST!!! for internet developer jobs. Why are not we examining our realtors? They're managing a deal worth thousands and thousands of pounds, or even more. You've all proved my issues, and I am discovering another agent.
