Regarding English Grammar. Urgent!?

Postby hyun-su » Tue Jul 31, 2012 6:20 am

In my Great Grandfather's will there is a word that my family and me are unable to understand: "All property, other than mentioned shall be distributed equally among my four sons either on realization in the form of Cash or in spisee as may be agreed upon between them". We just can't figure out what this "spisee" is? Any one has any ideas? Must be a spelling mistake. What is the right word?

It's saying as in the property. they can either sell everything and split the money or just split the property ie: I get the boat, you get the truck, he gets the watch.
