I have a rental in which I had two tennant co sign a lease and paid the security deposit together in cash.They have since split up and I am wondering, do i pay 1/2 the remain ing ballance to each.or just give it to the one who stayed. I told mty former tennant that I might have topay half to his former girlfriend and he said he paid the entire security deposit. I think I should pay it 50/50. This is refrennce to Wisconsin laws
