Unsure if it issues but I reside in KY. Our issue is that this: I am considering processing Chapter 7 BK. Our child and her spouse live with me becuase they've dropped are crisis themselves. What I am questioning is the fact that given that they reside in my home may the surfaces wish to consider their belongings into consideration when I document? If what exactly data may they would like to understand? May they would like to understand their wages and home they possess? I have been informed by many people that they can, however been informed by some they will not. And so I was simply attempting to discover without a doubt. Cheers in advance.

Also consider with counsel if their status would have less of impact on you if they were but mere tenants with written lease etc.
