Restoration Of Rights

Postby Dominick » Mon Jun 02, 2014 7:09 am

I spent a good portion of my life in California in Prison or on the streets as an addict. My crimes range from Burglary to petty theft. Numerous felony convictions. Paroled in 1996 to Utah where I continued my "issues" until 2000 when I beccame clean and sober...going on 8 plus years....was wondering what I need to do so that my rights can be restored...Vote...bear arms...etc...

Restoration Of Rights

Postby Frantz » Tue Jun 17, 2014 3:05 am

If you are still living in the State of Utah you will not have your firearm rights restored.  Most likely anyone with multiple felonies and drug addiction crimes will never have their firearm rights restored.  If you are not in the state of Utah you may apply for Restoration of Rights with no restrictions and see what happens.

Good Luck
