Robbery Of Service In Florida

Postby Alfonzo » Sun Feb 23, 2014 4:49 am

Does California have a theft of support regulation? Pinellas County? Town of St. Petersburg?
You realize, like if somebody got in a cab, got an extended trip and subsequently did not pay.
Iam a web-designer and I'd somebody stand up $1500 in costs and has just paid me a poor look for $300 (which cost me $135) to date. Include the domain-name and the hosting, it cost me $255 bucks to create and host this men website site.
I am having a lot of difficulty obtaining this. Certainly it is not authorized in california, to have a cab trip and then not pay, or consume in a restauraunt and not pay, or obtain a hair cut and not pay, etc...
I note the Cab being an illustration because I got caught when in Covington KY because a cabbie dropped me down in the centre of the ghetto because he did not to consider me the remainder of the way in which and then-still needed me to cover the trip I'd obtained. While I declined, I was imprisoned for "theft of service".

Theft Of Service In Florida

It's a different circumstance. You can follow Florida's bad check law for the bounced check, and you can sue in civil court for the amounts owed for web services and hosting.

Why are you letting this person continue to rack up charges?
