ok.im dropped on which to do.ive been incurred with robbery by fraud in NJ and ive never experienced trouble before. no criminal history no juvinile record.everyone is informing me that I'll quilfy for PTI but im simply worried that I don't due to the offense do I attempt the general public defendor or do i obtain a lawyer that I can not manage...assist any guidance is pleasant

and its pre trial intervention...basically you can get probation and fines and penalty's with out a record...

Everybody that I understand that has actually experienced difficulty and also the judge after I pleaded not liable offered me the paperwork and stated that I might quilify for PTI...Its been 2 weeks because i beg not guility and that I have not noticed anything. im just getting antsy. i approached the amount they offered me 8 weeks before and also the woman stated that it'dn't experienced the grand jury however and also to delay today it experienced but its worded diverse it stated before that I used to be billed with 2 counts of robbery by fraud which new one flinch it experienced claims ten robbery associated matters...does which make a distinction so far as 2nd level or 3rd.??
