Search Time Frame

When I do a search on AOL it only goes back a week or so. It used to go back forever. How do I change it so it searches over a longer period than a week?

Are you asking about searching mail?  When I use Quick Find it goes back years.  But if your New Mail only goes back a week, that's all you get.  Recently Deleted typically will only go back a week.  Old mail can go back years.
