I've something agreement from the big retail sequence for an AC, and there is no room to get a trademark on it, nevertheless the agreement claims itis transferable. If your member of the family signed for this on various other document that just the retail cycle has, and that I prosecute for break, can I need to somehow show the AC and support contract were used in me, or is ownership of the support agreement and bill enough?Borakhttp://www.polisource.com/customer-protection.shtml

We can't know what position the store would take, but you're free to ask the family member to give you something saying they gave you the unit if there's a problem.
