Settle a personal injury claim without an attorney?

i live in the state of pennsylvania. i was in a rear end collision where i was not at fault in my work vehicle i recieved wc my pi attorney dropped me all of a sudden the ic offered a settlement but i have a lien with wc if i settle with the ic myself do i have to pay wc lien or do they send the check to me then i pay the lien? i have no attorney
