Should all city, state, county, federal and elected Officals?

Be required by law to be randomly drug tested?

IMO if the American people are going to be subject to random (that is not based on any objective evidence that the specific individual is using drugs) testing, then such tests should be administered to the general population, not just to people applying for or working in certain jobs. Let's start with the White House and Congress, including all staff members.

Yes!!!!!! I feel it's entirely reasonable to require our elected officials to not be on drugs. I think it's hilarious that (I'm sure I'm missing a few, but this is the one that got me) the people of Washington DC RE-ELECTED their mayor after he was caught doing drugs!

I also think that they should be forced to do a reconciliation every 6 months to their constituents... like a mailing of everything they voted for.

I'd also like to see them all incorporate a voting system either online or via mail of the issues that require their vote. That way they would really vote the way their constituents want... not the way their buddies or lobbiests want.

Yes, they should have to take annual polygraph, at least 5 times a week.... They should only be able to serve 2 terms, and then put out to pasture....

Nobody should be drug tested - it is a violation of our 4th amendment rights.

Yes,but they wouldn't require it for themselves-they would fail every time.
