Should all drugs be legalized: Heroine, PCP, Meth, Marijuana & all prescriptions?

It would save money on the war on drugs if all drug laws were abolishe and all people regardless of age could do as they please.

Just marijuana.

Control it like alcohol and reap the tax revenues.

We should look at Portugal for an example. Weed should be legal, I believe. Other drugs, if your caught, instead of going to jail should go to some sort of rehabilitation center. Even though I know it doesn't work if the addict "doesn't want to heal themselves," it sure as hell beats going to jail for years.
America spends most of its money on sending harmless criminals to jail instead of fixing its many domestic and foreign problems. Of course some of these criminals aren't harmless, but did you know that most drug people arrested are just for small amounts for personal use, and not big time drug dealers who kill people and deal to millions in and out of America?

Instead of spending money on the war on drugs, you spend 10X that much on the effects legalizing all drugs would have on society.

It is one thing to argue the legalization of marijuana, there are some rational arguments.....

.....but the legalization of *all* drugs (including prescription and 'hard' drugs) would be insane and the consequences to society would devastating.

I share your view on this, if somebody is dumb enough to become drug addict and ruin their life its their problem in my opinion. Most people who do take drugs stronger than weed stop with it normally after a while unless they want to be addicts people who take heroine consider it cool to be drug addict on the street so let them have it.

if it is regulated like alcohol i would support the legalization. like you cant be high in public, while driving, age limits, etc.

the age limit will be difficult in our culture to get rid of. but as long as you dont harm anyone else, i say do what you want with your body.

-drug and alcohol test welfare recipients
-drug test all government employees at all levels
-no medical assistance to addicts
-zero tolerance while driving
-let them die off and the problem goes away....should take about 2 years

Alcohol is legal and many people can't even use it responsibly - do you really want to add to this problem?
