Should California legalize weed?

Postby nickson » Tue Jul 24, 2012 11:36 pm

well its practically our state plant anyway, it could help boost our economy in cretin ways, people who have to take drug tests wouldn't lose there jobs( well at least for weed) people wouldn't get penalized, and think if every farmer grew it i think crime might drop just a-little and come on what do we have to lose, its like alcohol in many ways if you do enough of it bad things happen, just treat weed the same as alcohol, make similar laws for it, you know must be 21 or you cant be this stoned while driving ect.

Should California legalize weed?

You realize it's borderline-legal already, right? There are tons of doctors who pass out prescriptions for medical marijuana like nothing because they're too lazy to do anything else.

its not about legalizing weed just yet.

First other states(besides the 14 already) need to jump on the legal medical cannabis bandwagon.

After so many states do this, sooner or later the federal government will recognize it, the political parties will change, and theres enough support now already, but it should grow enough that by the time this happens, some may even campaign about legalizing it.

and even then it may only get rescheduled to a class 2 drug instead of 1. which would open it up much more for medicinal use and tests on the herb.
though there are enough studies already to more than prove its worthiness, its going to take time.

After being brainwashed for years I have found out the facts about marijuana, and i believe it will sometime during my lifetime, be all legal, or something close to that
