Can I seek restitution for a slack bag of marijuana I bought?? I mean I paid full price, but didn't get the full amount.

So shouldn't the Federal Govt. provide a legal avenue for me to get justice for my illegal activity??
Also, shouldn't they just stop prosecuting people in possession of drugs completely?? I mean they are simply undocumented prescriptions, right??

The planned lawsuit was confirmed to The Associated Press by a Justice Department official with knowledge of the plans. The official didn't want to be identified before a public announcement planned for later Tuesday.

The lawsuit will argue that Arizona's new measure requiring state and local police to question and possibly arrest illegal immigrants during the enforcement of other laws, like traffic stops, usurps federal authority.

It seems that the Justice department are unaware of how many times people suspected of violating federal law are arrested by local law enforcement. Maybe they should quit doing that too, since according to the DOJ they're usurping federal authority by doing so.

You're better off putting this out of your mind and going on living your life. Sad truth is nothing you say or do is going to matter anyways.

"We all have a say" LOL!!!!
