Im going to keep this short and to the point. The apartment where i live there is this old lady who lives directly across the hall, and everyday she has a visitor (most likely family member) who comes over and chain smokes in her apartment with the door wide open.

do i have ANY defense against this type of activity? its very disturbing. i have yet to approach anybody about this, i figure my best defense is research first.
