Is there still the law that you have the right to face your accuser/snitch in court, and is it in justice and superior court rooms, or even at all. State of CA.

It's a constitutional right and applies only at trial.
There are limits, however, such as in a case where someone is a confidential informant that isn't an actual witness but simply provided enough verifiable information for police to get a warrant.

Nicely! would'nt that be how they state that in court. So that they would'nt need to create the snitch, I am not the main one who they snitched on actaully i was simply applying there compensation. and are actually there when police arrived in, i wasnt under impact of something, however the person who was hiring another 50% of the home, was speaking with my buddy so when he noticed authorities he put that which was in his palm onto a cage where my issues were resting. I had been in another space on pc. and did'nt realize until these were completed looking and stated your under charge. For what I requested ownership of controlled substance. When requested in personal to express I acquired it from my buddies roomate I stated I can not since i did'nt. And so I visited prison. The roomate told them he put it along with my issues since he paniced and had a need to reach his space, did not believe they'd make use of the remainder of the home I suppose. They advised me they did not treatment they need me to express he offered it to me or offered it in my experience, or somehow i accuired from him personally. I stated around you discovered why do you want me to achieve that I am confident you got lots from his space. No state it or visit prison with him.

The individual im buddies with and myself have now been clear for quite awhile and that I had no idea about roomate trigger I simply began viewing my buddy after I was release from my work for surgery. and he was rarely there after I was. but thanks for brains up.

If the snitch never dealt with you, it's unlikely he'd be a useful witness anyway.
