Speeding over 30KM/HOUR in japan , what will happen next ?

speed up to 71KM/HOUR , limit was 40KM/HOUR ,
they suspended my DL for 30 days and i went to school for one day . i got my DL back now , and finished the school .
but my ticket still hasn't deliver yet , and today police called , they want to copy my passport (US CITIZEN) . what will happen next ? will i go jail for this ? will i go to court hearings ? i already admitted my mistake , i showed good manners .


I have JAPANESE DRIVER LICENSE , not international driver license . And if they ask me to go to court hearings , What will they do to me ? And this is my first ticket in my life .
as long as i can pay the ticket , i dont need to go to jail , right ?


I got caught by police on febuary 3th , 2012 , and until today July 1st , 2012 , i still dont get ticket .
they suspended my Japanese driver license for one month , i got it back now . i went to one day driving school ( required ) . i went to police station to give statement in japanese with profesional translator . they copied my foreigner id , and my driver license , also my passport .
i just wonder when will i receive my ticket ?
