Statutory Rape

Postby Felix » Tue Feb 25, 2014 10:03 pm

I did read the difficult about this subject, which does state-not to request "Easily am so and so age can this woman that's so and so age and me have sex".I did read that,I nevertheless had a problem about another article. I read elsewhere on this website that in California, if someone is 24 they can't participate in intimate work with someone that's 16-17.What I was thinking is that if you're reduced in age than 24,if it concerns concerning the age at all.My partner is turning 18 in Feb,and I turn 17 in June.We aren't having sex, but convincing everybody that two teens are not having sex is almost impossible.I would like to understand if the age factor actually applies if they're under 24.

Estimating Wooshine

I am aware what your saying, but Im not asking if it's okay if we've sex,sex is out of the issue and everything. We have both agreed that we will wait till marriage because we're both too young for children.I dont care about sex at all.

Ok, thatIs great, since as-is suggested in the sweaty we-don't recommend on that kind of problem here.

Estimating Wooshine
I simply want to know if it's ok for the two of us to be together?

Meaning innocent relationship, together with the agreement of one's parents?

Estimating Wooshine
Among my buddies informed me that if you've been going out so long before either of you've turned 18,then the factor is void.Does anybody know something about that?

What "factor" is emptiness? But truly, regardless of the "factor" is, no. If we're back once again to age of consent laws, no, they're not emptiness. In the event that you imply "May we day if my parents say no," again, no.

No body will let you know its okay for a small to possess sex so quit asking! A state claims you "should" be 18 to consent to intercourse or sexual contact. Including Ims, e-mails, trexts, calls etc. If you worry about this person then you'll steer clear until your 18

If you wouldnt do it with your sister then it isnt safe. Approach dating a minor like dating your sister. FL has some of the toughest laws in the states in regards to minors having sex or sexual contact
