Postby Bowden » Thu Jun 26, 2014 11:30 pm

My spouse wish to follow my boy. Me and my partner continues to be together for years. But just been officially committed under annually. Boy resource father hasn't truly been part of my boy existence. Aside from several times, boy is 11yrs old. Must I contact him and have if he's prepared to contemplate quitting his privileges. Or must I contact an attorney.

You will need to do both. The father will have to agree and you will need a lawyer to handle the court matter.

Obviously the simplest strategy could be if resource dad confirms and signals documents ending his parental rights; nevertheless, even when he does not, claims have regulations that decide whether you'd have reasons to involuntarily end his rights; you have to consult lawyer about either span of action.
