I was administered a antibiotic drug when I was 14 years old, it caused a severe allergic reaction, which lead into a severe auto immune deficiency, which lead to a host of other problems. My question am I able to file a suit now, or is there a statue of limitations? If so are their any exceptions or special circumstances etc.?
