Well I live in California and I know the age requirement is 18 even if you have parental consent. So I was looking at getting a tattoo done in Las Vegas. I've looked online at the laws and stuff and some say you can get a tattoo as a minor with parental consent and some say you can't. I just need a straight forward answer on whether I can get a tattoo as a minor with parental consent in Vegas or not.
